"We'll cook your goose", and hickory-smoke your briskets, ribs, sausage, chickens and turkeys too. Bring them in completely thawed at least 48 hours before you want to pick them up. Timing may vary depending on the availability of pit space. We have only 1,500 pounds of pit space!
Turkeys that are 12 pounds or less can be fried (bring us your favorite spice injection kit)
How do you want the meats when you pick them up?
- Cold or hot (extra charge for hot)
- Not sliced or sliced (extra charge for slicing)
- BBQ Sauce (Pint or Quarts are available)
- Side Orders (Pint or Quarts are available)
- Relishes (pickles, onions, jalapenos)
