I am very happy to say that we were very, very pleased with the wonderful service that was provided by Hickory Hollow for our Employee Appreciation Luncheon.
Fidel, Esther, Fedemcio, and Mr. Ben were absolutely awesome!!! They are such a delightful team and a pleasure to work with. Although, I just met them for the first time today, I felt like I have known them for quite some time. The entire team was extremely friendly and efficient -- the customer service was fantastic!!
They were very professional and courteous from the time they arrived until the time they left. The food portions were generous and the sausage, beef, veggie burger, potato salad, beans, and the homemade cole slaw was totally delicious!!
We made a great choice with Hickory Hollow and I will gladly recommend Hickory Hollow to anyone. Thank you very much for making our Employee Appreciation Luncheon a success...

The ribs were tender and delicious. I just can’t get enough of that ranch dressing for my salad and fried zucchini basket. The restaurant was quick and timely with getting my pick up order ready. I love Hickory Hollow for all my Bar-B-Q needs.

Just wanted to let you all know that I visited your restaurant twice in March 2009 whilst visiting with friends in Houston Texas. The both evenings were wonderful, the service was fantastic, the food was SENSATIONAL, the music and musicians were very entertaining and it was a great evening on both occasions. Just wanted to say thank you for providing THE BEST BBQ in the whole of Texas State!!!

I just wanted to let you know, that the BBQ you delivered to my house on 9/24 was a smash. Half the people there said that was some of the best BBQ they have ever tasted. The beans , coleslaw and potato salad were excellent and everyone loved the thick Texas Toast bread. The little ones killed the mac and cheese. Thanks again and I will keep your number handy for any more catering needs.

We love the new fried zucchini. For health reasons we should order it grilled, but once in a while we just have to get it fried and dip it in the ranch dressing. We're so bad.
We drive all the way from Pasadena for the live music on weekends in the Heights. The food ain't bad either!
My kids insist on Hickory Hollow and it makes me happy that they've gotten beyond the big M, if you get my drift.
Where do you find such friendly staff members? They're great.
